Insurance Info

We offer courtesy insurance billing for acupuncture only.
Anna Hsieh Gold, L.Ac is a network provider for the following insurance plans:

Cigna Healthcare HMO
Cigna Healthcare PPO
Multiplan
Beech Street Corporation
Clarispointe
Corvel Corporation
Interplan Health Group
Metracomp / Focus

Most PPO insurance plans will cover a portion of your acupuncture treatments. These providers may include but are not limited to:

Workers Compensation
Aetna
Blue Shield
Great West
United
Labor Union Plans

For all other plans, including those insurance plans that reimburse a set amount per visit, a super bill will be provided to the patient for claim submission.
